Hyatt House Gebze, the first concept of the brand Hyatt House in Türkiye, features the details that enable long-term guests to live peacefully in comfort with their neighbors.

Consisting of 3 basements, 1 mezzanine, and a 13-level hotel building, the project commenced construction in May 2015 on land of 21,983.12 m.2 Hyatt House Gebze opened its doors on November 1, 2017, conforming to the global standards and concept of the Hyatt brand. Hyatt House Gebze, consisting of 158 rooms in total, features a swimming pool and the services of a business center, lounge, and food & beverages.

The value of the building with a share of 6.76% in the Company’s active investment real estate portfolio is TL 677,150,000, according to the appraisal report issued by Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. on December 27, 2023.
