Statements about Preferential Shares and Their Voting Rights

Shares within the Company are divided into two groups: group A and group B. The Group (A) Shares bear the privilege of nominating the members of the Board of Directors for election. Each shareholder holding Company shares has one vote per their share. There is no other privilege granted to shareholders within the Company.
